This is a complete drivers education course. After completing 30 hours of classroom activities, 10 hours of driving, and scoring an 80 or better on the written permit test students will receive their permits. Cost for the course is $650. Driving hours will not be scheduled until payment for the course is received in full. Students must be 15 by the first day of class to take Drivers Education courses in Maine.

This course is intended for Machias High School Students only. Classes will be held from 8-11am on Wednesday mornings for quarter 4 of the school year. Once students complete 30 hours of classroom activities, drive for 10 hours, and score an 80 or better on the written permit exam they will receive their permits. Cost for the course is $650. Driving hours will be scheduled after the 3rd class once payment for the course is received in full. Students must be 15 years old by the first day of class to take Drivers Education Courses in Maine.
